Custom Cakes by Kim

 My name is Kim Holt.  I have had a passion for baking and creating things with my hands since I was a little girl.  After having my own children, I began painting landscapes and murals. After successfully completing the Wilton Cake Decorating classes, I discovered my true passion.  Since then, I have been creating custom cakes for the Central Florida area.  I also became a Wilton Cake Decorating Instructor at Michaels in Clermont.   

There are several restaurants that exclusively carry my desserts.  Visit Cody Jacks in Minneola,  Mooncricket Cafe and Maryland Fried Chicken in Winter Garden, for my delicious Carrot Cake, Red Velvet Cake or my mouth watering Chocolate Mona-Vie Cake.
